Had an issue with a sale price smokes were supposed to be 712 on sale but there was no sticker on it so they were going to sell it to me for regular price the sign did not specify regular price if it didn't have a sticker so yes they sold it to me for $7.12 lady had an attitude ripped the sign off the cigarettes and just walked away and left the cashier standing there the cashier was still going to sell them for regular price and I said no they need to be sold for $7.12 cashier asked what she was supposed to do and her coworker comes back puts the sticker on the pack of cigarettes for 7.12 so I go in there today to buy the pack of cigarettes and brought to her attention again that she's ringing them up wrong and now the sign says only if they have the sticker on it which is fine so I was going to pay the regular price which I did but the cashier from yesterday was there today and was standing behind me coughing and standing like she was a bodyguard as I'm explaining to the cashier what happened in The bodyguard lady cashier was rolling her eyes at me the whole time I find it very rude and disrespectful you shouldn't have to feel like you are walking into a mob store when you have an issue needless to say yesterday somebody had said she is such a and then didn't finish what she was saying I've came to that store for years and I'm getting tired of the nasty disrespectful ladies that work there not all of them are bad but there are quite a few that really don't know their job and they sit in the corner of the store jibber jabbering the whole time might I add I've also fallen in their store on their slippery floors when it rains out so be careful

Thanks to the employee's & the owner for replacing the vape i purchase that was defective. Everybody there are super friendly.

Absolutely terrible buisness . Yesterday I went here ti buy a vape I walked out the door opened it puffed on it it was burnt and taste absolutely horrible it was banana flavor so I went back in to exchange it and he told me once you walk out the door we can’t exchange or refund you and on top of that he was rude about it and told me that sucks! BEWARE IF YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . There’s another tobacco shop in big lake called smokedale they were $7.00 cheaper for the exact same vape they advertised discounted prices and they definitely were and they seem to do great business.

Always greeted and get prompt service. Great staff! They do promotions, giveaways, many holiday cheers, etc. They have many options for e-cigs, cigars, tobacco, vapes, incense, gummies, snacks. They also support local charities, support local shops!

This is a smaller shop compared to some of the others around, but I honestly prefer it. They have a great selection of merchandise, some really awesome excercories in many different forms. The staff has always been extremely kind and happily helpful. This will always be my preferred shop, even if it isn't as large with asuch of a selection. I honestly just prefer the atmosphere here. Great place! Give them a try, I think you will be happy you did.
