THEY ARE THEIVES! Their system skimmed my husbands card and we noticed it right away, when we said something about it the cashier pretended like he didnt hear us, then there was a man whom i had assumed was a customer that stepped up and actually worked there, pretending that he cared what we were saying, he called some other man and put him on speaker phone, we explained what had happened, I suggested they look at their card machine incase it was tampered with and they kept saying no one would do that because there are cameras. We told them about the extra charges and he asked if we had proof that it was them. We were given a receipt that had the original charge on it and when we argued that at we were charged exra they asked if we had proof, only the charges on our banking app that come up as FACEBK followed by random letters and numbers, i googles what that meant and it is a common scam. We said we were going to call the police and they were totally fine with it because come to find out the police wont do anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE, they will skim your card if you swipe it and adds on extra charges, they know they are doing it and will deny it to your face and know they police wont do anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Is plates have a decent selection of products. However I was overcharged by $11. I was told one bag of gummies was $24.99. The other bag of gummies I was told was $19.99. I just looked at my debit card and I was charged $55.56. There is no way there is $10 of tax on a $45 purchase. I didn't get a receipt. I will not be going back.
