M&M Tobacco and Vape in Burnsville is the only shop I go to now. The owner is a stand up guy who genuinely cares about his customers. Unlike other places that just want to make a quick buck, he's always willing to work with you on pricing and cut you a fair deal. He goes above and beyond every single time. Whether it's tracking down a product, making recommendations, or just having a good conversation. You can tell he's in it to earn your business and keep you coming back, not just take your money and move on. The selection is solid, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is unmatched. If you're tired of dealing with shops that treat you like a number, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You'll see the difference the moment you walk in. Highly recommend to anyone in the Burnsville area looking for a reliable spot with an owner who actually gives a damn. This is how a local business should be run.

M&M Tobacco & Vape is easily the best shop around! The bald headed old guy really hooked me up & helped me find the perfect new vape. The customer service here is unmatched & the vibes are great. If you stop in, definitely ask for him the bald headed old guy (too funny) he’ll take awesome care of you!

I had an awesome experience at this tobacco shop thanks to one of the workers there, Armando. He was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find customer service that good nowadays. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and enjoys helping people out. Definitely one of the best shop experiences I’ve had in a long time — I’ll absolutely be coming back!

April 8th, 2026 at approximately 1:15 pm. I encountered an exemplary human and I feel that this needs to be recognized. I have been struggling all day with pain and really struggling to even walk because of my spine. A young man was standing outside when I arrived at the store and he greeted me. He opened the door for me and we both went inside. As usual I proceeded to the back to get my merchandise and I always load it into a big reusable bag. He approached me and I realized he worked there. He immediately offered to hold my bags while I grabbed my merchandise and he even grabbed merchandise for me and put it in my bag. I was truly blessed to encounter such a compassionate human today. It’s been so very long to treated by anyone with dignity and kindness. I hope that he is blessed a thousand fold for his kindness was truly appreciated today when I really needed it.
