Friendly staff, great selection, clean facility, and an overall positive shopping experience! Would recommend to anyone!

The only reason I have a 4 instead of a 5, is that Management took away the discount punch cards.Why start a Loyalty Incentive program only to take it away?! Otherwise, the Staff is wonderful: Accommodating, going above and beyond with Customer Service and being friendly. Ozzie who often works always greets me in a genuine and yet, respectful manner.And he always remembers what I order. Great job!!

In the 3-4 minutes I was in the store, Osi was upbeat, friendly and a pleasure! Such good energy. He was able to recommend a new brand for me to try, and I am happy with the suggestion! I’ve had other tobacco shops make suggestions when they don’t have my brand, and the last one was trash. Thanks Osi for your excellent customer service!
