I used to frequent this shop because of the friendly staff. The last 3 times I've gone in there has been a younger gentleman who is extremely rude. I asked questions about a product and he told me to "look it up". I came in today and received the same "why are you bothering me" treatment that I did the second time I saw him. Rolling eyes, very snappy. The older gentleman was clearly making up for the other guy in how kind he was being to me. Bad day already but I left the place teary eyed and embarrassed. I won't go in there again just incase this younger guy is working. It's just not how you treat a paying and returning customer. 😒 I would have spoken so highly of this place a few months ago.

Great smoke shop. Good prices and their staff is friendly and helpful Shawn and Dean. Family owned. They always have what I’m looking for. Clean store and good inventory. Thanks guys.

I bought a battery and within three weeks it was dead . Went in bought another one?not even two hours later and I tried charging it and it was dead. Went back the management/owner not very pleasant. Refused to give me a second charger when I had two that went bad. I’ll never use the store again. It’s a joke.😡 Hey

Decent place and the guys are friendly. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because in order to use my credit card, I need to spend $5 or more. I understand that's the cost to do business but the tobacco store around the corner doesn't do this. How it affects me is that sometimes I want to smoke less and not have to buy 4 packs of the product
