the manager Hailey and asst poppi are such a Joy. I live out of town and come here just for their sunny dispositions. they brighten your day. also prices crazy lower than elsewhere and incredible glassware selection. really miss the cranky old lady though she was my FAVORITE! (I guess she retired =( ) ! all in all had to leave a review ! check it out!!

Ive been here a few times the past couple of years hoping for a different experience than the last but it's mostly the same. The first thing I always notice is the atmosphere, it is very quiet and awkward. No music? They just stare when you walk in, rarely do they say hi. Sometimes they will ask your ID right away sometimes not. It felt like I was a thieving minor with the way they watch you, I feel like Im disturbing them when I go here. The silence might be on purpose so they can hear you. They DO NOT mess around with taking photos of the product so just keep your phone in your pocket. Last year I had one experience that was good, I felt welcomed and a nice elderly lady helped me out picking a grinder. I would mention her name but Im unsure. The prices were okay, the selection seems to lack or they keep more stuff in storage now.

Terrible customer service. You feel like you are bothering the staff as there is never a friendly greeting. I go out of my way to go to the Vape Bar off hwy 10 now, which has excellent, friendly, knowledgeable customer service and information.

My first time here was on valentines night, Hailey was very helpful. She was nice and I will definitely be coming back because of her.
