Went to exchange a pouch of tobacco i purchased two days prior due to being very dry snd the cigarette machine wont roll them properly. Just falls out. Cashier says they wont exchange and a their tobacco is dry. Very untrue. I have been rolling for years and rarely does it dry like this. Disappointed in a waste of money. Dont buy tobacco from this store, go to the chaska locations. They exchange no problem if there is an issue which is very rare. These guys dont know how to help their guests. Drive a little further for Superior products, service, and discounts

They have a huge kratom wall which they are known for in my circles. I tried 7oh here. The first time I went, the guy was so sweet and told me to do my research and sent me away. I am a I'll try anything once kind of gal. It's solid stuff but expensive and I'll just stick to my normal kratom. He truly cared about me I felt like and he seemed disappointed that I came back for 7oh. I'll be glad to tell him that I just wasn't that into it but glad I tried it. Similar to the oxy I got when I got my wisdom teeth out. I understand why people are addicted though, try that stuff with extreme caution. They'll see me again simply for phenomenal service. 10000 out of 10.

Absolutely the best smoke shop around. Exemplary service from all three of the staff I regularly see. Informative and friendly, and they've always gone above and beyond. Wide selection, great prices, the store is always clean, I live close but even if I'm out at my parents I'll drive the 30min. to go there instead of a closer store. 10/10.
