Bought a thc vape been, upon using it for less than 24hrs the charge wouldn’t hold even after charging for hours. I called in to see if I could get a replacement and the guy on the phone was adamant I was using the preheat feature incorrectly. I know how to use a thc pen…then he said he’d have to get the manager which he wouldn’t be in until Monday…I just gave up. Also their products are over priced, save yourself time and go to one of any other smoke shops on any corner 💯

Address to this location as posted online does NOT EXIST Location doesn't exist same as online-uber literally took me to the exact address I gave and I followed it 💯 too and it brought us to caring and sharing hands (Mary's Place-homeless shelter and charity aimed to help EVERYONE assistance as needed regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, religion, sexual orientation, decree, disability, the list goes on. Wonderful place. But the website given online and on Uber when searched said it was the location of a smoke shop, which it was 🚫 at all.

The owner charges double the tax than any of the other employees. How is something $25 and also have $6 just in taxes? Any other employee the total is like $27, so it’s likely he’s skimming money off the top. When do taxes ever come out to an even number?

This place is so tiny and had really no variety or even a selection of tubes or tobacco. They had 1 brand of tubes, in green (menthol) or red (full flavor), no lights or ultra lights or even more than 2 brands which were not even good brands. They had 2 brands of tobacco and the bags felt like the tobacco was dry, which usually means it has sat on the shelves for awhile. They did have some cool torches but when we asked the 1 staff, who was busy watching TV on his phone, if we could look at some of them and see how they lit, we were met with an attitude as how dare we interrupt him sitting down behind the counter watching whatever on his phone. So when I asked him to help us he rolled his eyes and sighed like I was bothering him but finally came over and took 1 torch out and lit it very quickly and tried to put it away so we asked if we could take a look at it so we could see if it would be something we would want or if we wanted a different one, he reluctantly handed it over for like 15 seconds and as my boyfriend was still looking at it he grabbed it away from him and started putting it away and asked us if we wanted to buy it or not. We told him NO and didn't bother asking to look at any others nor did we buy anything from this place as his rude behavior and snotty attitude lost him any sale we might have made so we took our business to a different smoke shop and gave them our money and business because they were happy to have it. This place should just close down, it is not worth anyone's time even entering this place for anything. Especially since there's a smoke shop every couple of blocks in this location that have a way better selection, variety, prices and staff that are WAY better than this place. I wouldn't even buy anything from here in an emergency and I was in dire need of my tobacco fix. I would give this place 0 stars if I could!!

Terrible business, awful staff. Prices on several products are 50% higher than the norm in the area. When I asked why the prices were so high the staff said “why don’t you go somewhere else?”
