The owner that works here is very rude, disrespectful, & straight arrogant. I asked him where a certain tobacco was & he acted like he didn't know what I was asking him. You'd think a customer could get better customer service and at least be shown where stuff is. Their prices are way too high on mostly everything in the store & they never give you an extra lighter for free when you buy their tobacco. You have to ask for one yourself. They highly disvalue their customers big time & just want your money. I haven't been back since.

Overcharged me on rolling papers. They don’t have their prices listed. The guy at the counter acted like he didn’t know the price at a coworker and they just make up numbers based on what you look like.

I love this tobacco shop what are my most favorites tobacco stores to go to to get cigarettes instance cigars or anything else in that nature thank you 😉

This is the worst place in Minneapolis I don’t know how they even got 4.2 star reviews. The very old man in the store is very disrespectful man. I think he’s the owner. He will insult you with native language wich is Arabic unfortunately I knew what he was saying. Don’t go there or recommend to someone.
