Overpriced everything. Watched these college kids come out with something and they saw it was broken in the package still. We all went inside and the worker didn't let them exchange it. I personally find it bad business because it clearly wasn't used and they walked out the building and right back in. Not coming back, hideaway is right down the street for better prices and friendly staff. They knew they could've exchanged it for them, nothing about this place is friendly.

Sold us broken equipment and wouldn't let us exchange it. Literally walked down the stairs and realized it was broken, but since we went thru the door, it was considered ours. Worst tobacco shop ever. And they have shitty butaine

Staff is usually great but the product prices change almost every time I go in. Make sure you check the expiration date before you purchase as alot of the stuff is expired. I've pointed it out multiple times and the items just gets put back on the shelf. Having to ring the doorbell multiple times and waiting for someone to come open the door didnt bother me to much until recently, seems like now every time I go its taking 5 mins at the least for someone to come. Just very inconvenient & inconsiderate of people's time.
