Been here about a dozen times now, never had a bad experience. Workers are always nice and helpful. Their cigar selection is definitely best in the area with a nice humidor room. Selection of other items seems great as well.

My wife and I have been faithfully supporting our local tobacco shops with our various purchases until they informed me that they refuse to honor coupons for our brand. This wouldn't be an issue if they did not indicate via the required app to redeem the coupons that they do in fact accept them. Once I attempt to use a coupon it goes away regardless if the retailer honors it or not so I am out the savings because of their error. No attempt to retain our business was made when asked for a solution. Shoulders were shrugged and "apologies offered".

This is one of the worst tobacco stores I've ever been in, as far as cigars go. One door on the humidor room is falling off the hinges. I offered to fix it, for free. The owner told me it's just fine the way it is, then gave me a lecture on how smart he is, about "reading people". The cigar selection is limited to a few low quality brands. I found one worth buying when I was at the license office, but when I went in there today, smoking it, to buy the last one of that brand, the owner yelled at me that no smoking is allowed in the store, and I should leave it outside. I left, and I'll never go back. I've been smoking cigars for 22 years, and seriously, the cigars at this place aren't worth buying. Go a few miles farther to the cigar store near 10 and Round lake, or even better, to Ramsey.

The new manager is really great and changing up the store really nicely. They have great choices and a new stock. Its also really clean, i recommend everyone to come here.

Rude staff. Over priced. Never open during their posted hours. Right now it's 742 and they're closed. Door and site says 8. They're only open about half of the time they have posted. 4 out of the past 5 times I've came here during business hours they've been closed. You don't get to high buck, be rude to your customers, and work part time if you want to run a successful business. Not sure how they're even still here.
