I don’t care how cranky the owner is. He is nice and fair. I am thrilled that a good ecig/smoke shop opened in my area they have all the new stuff and they also have a rewards program! This place is great. Be kind to the owner/manager. He is a good guy.

This is going to sound really petty, but as my father would say, "It's the principle." And he was a principal. I purchased a lighter here one day. The lighter "crapped out" a couple days later. I WAS a good customer here. But the person behind the counter refused to exchange. His response was "that happens sometimes." Minor issue, but it clearly indicates a major lack of customer service for a "regular." Well, there are plenty of smoke shops. One even closer to my home. So, that was my last visit to this retailer.

The worst service of any place I've been in. Last week I went in to by a dry vape. The guy at the counter refused to help me. He wouldn't get off his phone to help me. When I asked to see them he just pointed general in the direction. I walked out. This week I tried again. Again, no service. I used to come in all the time when this blond guy worked. He was very helpful. I have to find a new shop. This place was the best. Now, it's the worst!
