New place tobacco shop connected to Marco’s pizza . Pretty large as well. The tobacco shop is super clean and has many options. It has things you didn’t think you may need or want. They also have decent prices .The owners are very nice and sincere. Offered us assistance right away.We plan to come here again.

One of the best tobacco shops I’ve ever been to — and honestly the only one I’ll go to now. I mainly go for vapes, and they never disappoint. They always have what I want, and if they don’t, they make sure to order it so their customers are taken care of. Their prices are better than most other tobacco stores, and they’ll often give a little deal too. The workers are beyond friendly and extremely helpful. This is probably the biggest tobacco store I’ve ever seen, with a huge variety of products. We’ve also bought several cigars from them and they were PERFECT. I even picked up one of the coolest speakers ever — a little Boston Terrier — and he’s a hit at every party. I would 10000000% recommend coming to NB Tobacco!

I visited this shop recently and left feeling completely misled. I was approached by an aggressive salesman (who I believe is the owner) who told me they don't stock Geekbars. He pushed a house brand called "Geek Buzzz" instead, claiming it was a better product for less. It was a blatant lie. I’ve since seen photos of their inventory showing Geekbars in stock; it’s clear they hide name brands to trick people into buying high-margin clones. After speaking with a friend, I’ve learned this "bait and switch" is a common occurrence here. To be honest, I feel used, foolish, and deeply insulted by the interaction. The shops around my neighborhood wisely avoid treating their customers like pushovers. It feels like they are taking advantage of the fact that New Brighton is a safe area, playing these kinds of cons on people. Beyond the dishonesty, the product itself is bad. The "30k puffs" claim is a joke (it’s draining way faster than it should) and the juice turned medicinal and chemical-tasting after just a few days. While the shop is large and clean, I no longer trust the safety of their products or the integrity of the owner. I won’t be back, and I’d suggest you go elsewhere if you want honesty.
