The staff here are always very welcoming, and super helpful on finding new products, based on what they learn you like over time. It's nice to feel like you stand out. Noah, always asks about my family when I come in too. All the employees there make you feel special. Great small town, cozy spot. Sweet incense selection too, honey and cotton candy are my favs. 😁

Staff is always professional/helpful but relaxed and friendly. The owner is incredibly kind and genuine. Love to be able to support his business + products are affordable but also have great quality.

I have been using this small shop for eight months. They have been good to me all that time until tonight. I decided to purchase something I normally don’t purchase never have and it was a mushroom vape for $30. I also bought a torch that was about eight dollars.. I’ve got Bolton into the parking lot after my purchase opened the mushroom vape and could not get a drag off of the vape I then went back into the smoke shop and had one of the staff help me be able to get a drink off of the vape he had said they declaw he had blown smoke out of it very little by doing it backwards I said thank you and proceeded to go home. Why Home over five hours I tried Manager effort ideas to try to unplug this. Nothing was working at times. I got a very small amount of dragon in my mouth. I did get desperate enough to put the vape over a burning candle, hoping that it would mount down where it’s clogged. still, I am not able to get a drag off of this back so I go back to the smoke shop and they are arguing with me how I’m wrong and every way they said I cannot return a face that has been opened I told them well, you have to buy the vape which I did and you have to open it to even know if it works or doesn’t they said they can help me and look it’s empty. I looked at the vape and now it’s the tuition was empty. I do not know how that cut out of there it must be stuck somewhere in the vape because I did not get two small to this. It did not leak anywhere. I asked to speak with someone from management. They were very very rude. They were telling me how I was wrong about saying that even the look it works I said look ponies. We’re all from the same planet. I can tell when it’s working and decent please I just want to return it and buy a more expensive one so that it has better quality they help me in anything so like you gotta get out we’re holding in two minutes ferry ruin you’re treating me like I am very slow mentally I was so offended. I’m going to talk to the management tomorrow if he does not help me with this and refuses to refund my money or give me an exchange I will not be returning to the smoke shop ever again I would rather drive further to give my money to people that treat me like I am not comprehending hon, this planet in anyway, I am very, very upset. I really liked this place was extreme.

Was greeted by Cesar he was awesome and answered all the questions and explained pieces I didn't know what they were for. They have such an amazing selection of whatever you could want. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Cesar
