the girl who works there is consistently rude. not ONLY did she have an attitude when i asked if they were still open bc the door was locked, she was astronomically condescending when she was telling me i should read the sign on the door. WHICH by the way i DID and it says FIVE MINUTES OR LESS and i stood out waiting for ten minutes! maybe SHE should learn how to read and how to not have the personality of a wet rag. ALSOOOO she has sold myself and my friends defective items MULTIPLE TIMES AND has sold us the incorrect items MULTIPLE TIMES. she clearly has no knowledge of how to do her job to the best of her abilities, which i assume are subpar too.

They have a great variety. I recommend going in the evenings. The guy who works there is awesome, super helpful, but the woman in the mornings is really rude and off putting.

Great customer service. The employees are patient and knowledgeable. If you need suggestions or help with anything, they're ready to help. It's my favorite tobacco shop to go to and most visited. Their prices are reasonable and hours are great, also.
