Great staff, simple and straight forward interior. Lots of helpful folks behind the counter who are really patient. Dude and they sell stickers at the counter. Are you kiddin me? Staff is great at showing mutual respect so if you act like an ass you get treated like one. Aside from that, great, quality tobacco and pieces to choose from. Minimal gimmick/tacky smokeable products and or items that are more or less throw away for money. If you find yourself out here, pop in!!!

I had a great experience at Hideaway Smoke Shop. The staff was super knowledgeable and actually took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a really good selection of products—from glass pieces to vape supplies and everything in between. What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming the atmosphere was. You can tell they care about their customers and aren’t just trying to make a quick sale. Prices were fair, and they had some unique items you don’t usually see at other shops. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re looking for quality products and good customer service. I’ll for sure be coming back. Also crystal is amazing

This was my first time at this location and I have to say, it's probably my favorite store now. The selection of items is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit.

Was helped out by a woman super friendly and nice. needed a piece for my dugout but none fit mine so ended up purchasing a new dug out how ever sadly the one with the magnets comes off super easy wouldn't recommend it

Fantastic service, the store clerks often recognize you and make friendly conversation. They have most every product you could need at a store like this. Thank you all at the Oakdale Hideaway for providing excellent service and keeping a well run and staffed store.
