Bought an e-cig that ended up being faulty by not charging, asked to get an exchange of equal value the next day and was told they can’t once you leave the store. How would I know that prior to leaving the store? I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this smoke shop! The worker Hailey was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s refreshing to visit a place where customer service actually matters - I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends. Thanks for the great service Hailey!

Went into the store because I like finding new shops to stop at, well the people working here tonight are horrible service. Lady seem like she didn’t want to help, barely even helped at all. Plus the guy sitting on a chair behind the counter kept looking at us mean. I will not be going back to this store. Horrible service!!

Umm came in worker litterally just sat on her phone the entire time didn't bother to acknowledge us or even help us so we left and another vape shop got our business. Wont be back
