I’m specifically rating based on the humidor and cigar accessories, the rest idk much about. They have a huge walk in humidor, with a large and diverse selection that should cover just about anyone’s taste. They are high priced and even over priced on a lot of their sticks, but they do have a good selection in variety of price points. They also have anything and everything you’d need as far as accessories for cigars and humidors. So if you’re in downtown Red Wing and you’d like a cigar to puff on while you’re out and about or sitting on any number of restaurant patios and decks, this could be a good option for you.

So impressed with their selection and prices. But their customer service really left an impression on us. May their shop stay in business for many years to come

Adam's has an outstanding variety of things to choose from. As you walk in, you get a good view of the cigar selection. Besides that, the selection available for cigarettes, tobacco, and incense are phenomenal, even compared to some of the options in the Twin Cities. I will definitely be visiting this place again when I go through Red Wing.

Every experience I've had here has been very pleasant. The owner is fair and quick to resolve any issues. Like recently we purchased a water pipe that had a manufacturers defect that we noticed when we tried to smoke out of it. He exchanged it for a new one promptly and made the experience very satisfactory from start to finish.

I am very unimpressed with this store. I recently purchased two coils that were knock-offs. Both coils went bad in less than 72 hours. I explained this to the owner & instead of making it right with his customer, he pretended to not speak English. Granted I've had many conversations with him & know he speaks English well. This is terrible practice, when you sell a product you back it up, & you take care of your customers. I recommend any other shop but this one, because they care more about making money than serving their customers professionally. I will not be returning to this store & I will recommend to all my friends to go somewhere else. Do not waste your time here. Absolute garbage.
