I usually only go here to get a vape when I am in a pinch due to the prices here compared to Rochester. Two weeks ago I got a vape here and it would not stay charged. I noticed it was charging and dying in increments of 5’s never had that issue before. My problem with this is it dies super fast and won’t stay charges and becomes an inconvenience for $45. It also causes the vape to burn out very quickly. I get the same vape and flavor every time. I got one again here tonight and before I bought it I told the guy wondering if they had any issues and giving him a heads up as I was hesitant. He then pointed at the sign that said no refunds. He said I won’t have any issues with this one and if I really do to come back. Well unfortunately that’s not something I’ll know just by a couple test hits right away. Which they usually tell you to test it before you leave. I got home hit it a few more times and same thing was happened. So I drove back to the other side of Stewartville. He pulled that specific flavor and style off the shelf completely he said. When I asked for a refund he said he could not give me one. At that point I’m thinking the vapes are fake. He gave me a few flavors to test out that he wasn’t listening to what I actually like and I was just trying to be nice. I really only like that specific one. I ended up settling for a smaller version of the same one. The battery on this one is not holding also. I’ll shop at the liquor store next door but I’ll never buy a vape here again.

Dani is such a hunny and always so polite! The Liquor store side is always clean, stocked and well organized! Same story with the smoke shop side! Very kind and knowledgeable staff!

Always had prompt friendly service and great recommendations from the staff. I really like the big blue incense they sell. They have a pretty big selection of vapes. And Casey knows her stuff. She seems to know what I'll like and wouldn't like and let's me know if they have new stuff to try. I try to spend a lot of money there to support local business. Also I've tried the cbd products and I like them a lot.

Everytime I call the owner hangs up on me...guess my money isn't good at this store...stooooopid

Would give zero stars if I could. The owner is absolutely ridiculous. No one is ever in the smoke shop and when you go to the liquor side , he yells at you to get over to the smoke shop side. Very rude and this is the second time this has happened with this owner.
