Hands down one of the best vape shops around! Amazing customer service, huge variety of products, and always stocked with what you’re looking for. The team really goes above and beyond and it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is their top priority. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome place store looks great. Can’t believe I haven’t stopped there before had huge selection of grinders which is perfect and they also had my old school joint rollers, which aren’t the easiest to find love it.

If I could give negative stars I would he charged me 95$ for 2 vapes I’m pissed about it I gave him. 100$ bill and he gave me five dollars back that’s outrageous and he didn’t even tell me the price he was charging me if he would have I would have went somewhere else

i’ve been coming here on and off for years. the first 2 years they were great all the staff was nice and helpful. past 2 times i’ve been there the person working asked me very sexual and uncomfortable invasive questions about myself like today for example (oct 31st) he asked me if i like men or the “boom boom” and then says i must like women and start saying he “doesn’t understand lgbt” and asks how two women have s*x. i told him i have a boyfriend and i wouldn’t know and i was kinda just trying to leave at that point and he keeps going with the questions and talking about how he doesn’t get the lgbt stuff and was asking me if i have instagram and i said no then he asked if i have facebook and i said i don’t use social media and he said u must have snapchat and i said no again and then i left. whole situation made me uncomfortable and if you’re a woman id STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! definitely not coming back EVER again.

Two star for Friendly staff. Been having bad luck with urb products from here not working (I have spent $140 for $20 of actual working product). When I sent to urb they said it was due to the products being stored incorrectly and not to use that store again. Also still no customer rewards. Move business to downtown wbl stores and couldn't be happier.
