Sold me a defective vape and refused to do anything about it. The vape is still completely full and does not work. There was no manager available to speak with, and the staff showed no interest in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this shop based on the lack of customer service. I own a business in downtown Waconia, and we would never treat customers this way or ignore a legitimate problem

The store is always nice, orderly, clean, stocked well and of course The icing on the cake is the excellent service and the people who work there Great job guys Thank you so much!¡! Excellent service every visit. Exceptionally clean and nice and reasonably priced!

Nathan was helpful to my friend who was looking to learn more about microdosing mushrooms. Not for me, but she was made happy by the offerings! Nathan was helpful in sharing knowledge about them as well as the humidor room full of cigars. I grabbed a tiny pack of clove cigarettes from Indonesia, for old time sake....used to be quite the beatnik punk rock thing to do back in the day 😅

Stopped in after work, store is clean, well stocked and organized. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially moe! Thanks i will be back in the future
