Tried this place for the firs time. Brand new disposable vape is totally dead. And I can't return it! They have a sign in the store that says you must try the vape before leaving the store. So, if you buy someone a gift here, and it's a dud, you're screwed. That's what happened to me today. Really nice incense selection, but yeah...not going back. UPDATE: The owner, Steven, has responded to my review, but I will not post my phone number online and not sure how to contact him. We opened a new Loon disposable vape and it was blinking blue right away, which means it is dead. No vapor came out of it. I had to throw it away.

I've been to a few smoke shops around town, but this one is hands down the best. The staff is super knowledgeable and always helpful, whether I'm looking for something specific or just browsing. They have a great selection of products, from the basics to some really unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. The prices are fair, and the shop is always clean and well-organized. Definitely my go-to spot!
