I went in there to buy a vape on 8/17 and when I saw the one I wanted and asked the guy in there for it he said no and wouldn't sell it to me saying I didnt want that one and I needed to pick another one besides that one.i have never experienced thay before in my life and will never be returning to that store

I just wanted to to let y'all know that I came in to your store the other day and had the best experience. I need my mod repaired and I spoke with a young man named Michael Moore. He was great. He fixed my mod and had me out of there in no time. This young man is a great asset to your company and I will definitely be back in to see him and will be sending all my friends there to help them as well. Anyway thank you again.

There is an employee named Austin who refused service to me because another person in the store was under age. I told him i would like to make a complaint and he called his manager and completely twisted my words around right in front of me. This guy is going to run off a lot of business. I have been a loyal costumer to this store and just because another costumer was under age and walked in at the same time as me he refused my service. I will bring my money else where and i will make sure everyone I have recommended to this store goes else where as well. Austin wanted pity for his accident wreck, maybe your store should have never brought him back because he is a complete jerk.

I visited your store a day or two ago. My mod was not working and I talked to a guy named Michael Moore. He was great. He cleaned and fix my mod. It works great. He is awesome. His guy definitely deserve a raise.

They’re selling messed up disposable Vapes. Worker told me I had to pull hard on them. I bought in a disposable I got from another store today which hits way easier. Worker then said “Vapes have their own mind I can’t control that.” This is the second time I’ve gotten the “grape Energy” and it didn’t want to hit. Swapped two out and the light stayed on after hitting them both. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
