By far the best service I’ve ever received in my life. I bought a vape somewhere else & where I bought it couldn’t help me but when I walked into this place the girl was so friendly & nice and she helped me set the batteries needed and fixed where it was leaking…she got me completely setup and she had the best energy I’ve seen in so long. Most places you don’t get good service but here it’s unreal how great they make the experience

Do not buy from here. I purchased a $10 510 thread battery from them, and immediately noticed it was defective/ did not work. I brought it back in, and the red headed girl herself said the battery was defective but they wouldn’t give me another one. I do not recommend this place they don’t stand by there products. They lost customers over a $10 battery.

I would be giving one star, but the employees are doing the best they can. I recently purchased a geekvape pod system, it went out after a few weeks then thought to myself "No biggie, I will just go buy something else this time" I go in and purchase the Calibun Uwell pod system and the next day the magnets fell out of it. I have it rigged where I can still use it but it is still broke. I went in yesterday to purchase some new pods for it and the guy sold me the wrong ones. To be fair, they all look the same from that brand so I do not blame him. I noticed they werent right when I got in my car and came back inside to hopefully exchange them for the right ones. He scanned the right ones and the only difference was they were 1 dollar cheaper. I told him I did not need that dollar back, I will gladly just take the right pods and they can keep the dollar. Then I got told if I wanted those pods, I would have to buy them AGAIN. So spent 14 dollars on the first set that I left there for someone else to use, and then bought the right ones for 13 dollars. Just be careful going here as they do not allow exchanges or refunds WHATSOEVER. The owners should honestly fix that or at least put up a sign saying all sales are final. No offense to the nice employees there, but I will absolutely not be back after that. Also be cautious of the things you buy. I have bought two vapes from here within a month of each other they broke. A month. Then the pods I bought are all defective, spilling the juice and are a completely different shape than the original ones that came with the vape. The stuff the owners purchase and sell are definitely questionable like they are just trying to be cheap.

Guy was unbelievable rude to me, I forgot my ID had no plans of buying anything I was just smelling candles. He wouldn't sell to my brother because he wouldn't believe it's not for me. I get it's policy but very rude to me and how he went about it. Negative stars if I could. This place has a nasty attitude and I don't recommend going to their overpriced store.

I made a trip out of my way because the online website showed a large variety of vape juices... I was not disappointed! Dixie was knowledgeable and very friendly! They had the coils and vape juices that I love. ((Great prices and a point system that doesn't take forever to earn)) This is my new spot 🤩 HAPPY CUSTOMER! ❤️
