Slow sloppy service the employee didn’t want to get off the couch then she told me it wasn’t me on my id yesterday about 8:30 pm I have an account I just walked out

I'd give some stars but I couldn't get service. Really annoying when you go to a store to spend money and the only employee working is passed out sleeping in the middle of the store and no matter what myself or the other customers did or said would wake that employee up so we all left empty handed. Even tried calling the store phone to wake her up and she didn't budge. Guess I'll go to a different city for vape supplies since this one can't do anything for there customers.

Second vape I’ve bought out the store and in less than 24 hrs with full juice and battery life the vape just stops working and “they can’t do anything about it” .. how can you not compensate a customer when buying a product from your place of business that is supposed to work until the end of the juice life.
