Hakeem at the vape store is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. He takes the time to explain different products and makes sure you understand what you’re getting before you buy. His customer service is excellent, and you can tell he really knows the business. If you’re looking for someone who can guide you to the right products and answer your questions honestly, Hakeem is the person to see. Highly recommend! 👍💨

This place has a wide variety of products and super friendly workers. Christy Lynn was so kind and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for along with recommendations of other products she thought I might would be interested in! Go see my girl at Vape Empire!

Regan was so friendly and sweet to me! She was very attentive and made sure I was helped as soon as I hit the door with a warm welcoming . Good genuine conversation as well while shopping which means a lot in such an anti social world . On top of all that. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF

Ki Ki at Byram Empire Vape is outstanding! The level of guidance was incredible—like having a world-class wine sommelier, but for vaping. They took the time to understand what I liked, explained everything clearly, and helped me find the perfect setup. Friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. If you want expert advice and excellent customer service, ask for Ki Ki!
