Very helpful and informative. Don’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. Helped me put everything I need together and set me up. Very patient with any questions you may have. The lady at the front was very kind and friendly and she knew her product inside and out. You definitely won’t find better customer service anywhere else you go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS SHOP BEOFRE ANYWHERE ELSE 5 STARTS FROM ME.

Staff is very helpful and polite. She gave me two to practice with. She wasn’t rushing to take my money and sell me anything I wasn’t ready for. I’m a beginner so she gave me two so I can practice and get use to it. I’m trying to stop smoking cigarettes but she’s very helpful!!!! And prices are reasonable!! Highly recommended!!

The people in this store are amazing very helpful and friendly especially Tiffany, I try to go when she is there. I had a horrible experience in the Greenville store and almost stopped using vapor shak until I met Tiffany at the Cleveland store and she keeps me coming back. Thank you Tiffany for your kindness and patience

MY CLEVELAND FOLKS !! The Cleveland vape shack is AMAZING ! All the sales associates are so nice sweet caring I’m always in there way longer bc the vibes are just so comforting customer service is awesome I like going in there to chat with my girls Tiffany and Angel sweet sweet girls! They always set me right up and get me in and out .. if I stop running my mouth but OVERALL ITS A 10 out of 10 on my end !!!!!!!!!

This is the best flavor I ever tasted, it’s not too strong and it leaves a good taste in my mouth. Staff was very helpful with finding what I needed. Thank you for being very nice 😊
