Just got out of this store with my boyfriend. Bash helped us out and was extremely nice and generous! They also keep a large variety of stock for any and all smoking needs! Highly recommend this shop, will be regularly getting my products from this store from this point forward!

Bash was super helpful! When he didn't have the exact thing we wanted, he called sister stores to try and find it. When that didn't work, he hooked us up with smaller packages and gave them to us for the same price as bigger package we were looking for. Great guy, super informative, very helpful! Will definitely be back!

Liyah is wonderful and demonstrates excellent customer service as she is hugely knowledgeable, approachable and possesses much product knowledge. I have severe sleep issues and, being that the medical community, generally speaking, no longer prescribes prescription sleep aids, I am forced to look for alternative aids. Liyah has been so patient and kind in assisting me in trying to find a solution. I highly recommend Up In Smoke...ask for Liyah.

Bash is amazing, always super helpful and absolutely beyond amazing with helping figure out the best products, giving his recommendations, and for always being so nice anytime he sees us in!! So nice to walk in and see a friendly face- thanks as always Bash- highly recommend this store!! 🫶🏻

Bash was very helpful and super nice! Glad there is a place I can go and get the things I need. Store is clean, good selection, and very helpful staff. Thanks again!
