Me and my family love this place!! Great community and hometown store!! They know and love their customers.. they know what you’re there for soon as you walk in!! Always giving advice on deals and specials on what they already know you like!! I have known the manager for years even when she was on Church Road and I only went to her store.. now since she’s in Hernando I go there cause I know her and her employees will always take care of me!! If there’s a problem she fixes it immediately no questions asked!! I just love all of them there as do my family.. they too have become family with their awesome southern charm and friendliness!! Purchased beer that was in date but was bad. Had a rotten egg smell. This happens when it’s not stored properly. I went to return it and they said only mangers can refund or exchange. The store attendant messaged the manager and she said to come back another day since she was off. I came back when it was convenient for the manager to get a refund. I asked her if she had anyone else buy bad beer and I was verbally attacked and aggressively yelled at. Her off time was important and I bothered her. She still didn’t issue a refund because she made her mind up that customers are not important. This type of behavior is unacceptable and a good example to spend your money in any other establishment besides here.
