Whoever this man is in this place is awful. He clearly has a sign that says 15% off, and would not honor it. Then when I asked for the owners info or email, he threatened to call the police, as I spoke calm and professional. I don't understand what good problem was, however dude has a major problem.

I’ve seen better prices. And depending on what time of day you go they may or may not be there during business hours. Sometimes there’s a sign on the door that just says “be back in a few”, whatever that means or they’ll open late.

I'm interested in how this shop will do in the future, it's promising "business". Prices could use some adjusting 🫰👇a bit more.. Products aren't fresh could actually be outdated / expired shelf life.but push product regardless..

The employees are nice and they have great products but my only issue is yall are never open on time. Today I got to this vape shop at 9:20 AM and the sign says yall open at 9 AM. Maybe hire people who show up on time? No disrespect but if the sign says yall open at 9 AM then I would expect yall to be open at 9 AM.

I've been coming to this vape store since I moved to Jackson 7 months ago. This shop has been the best I've visited since the very beginning. Their selection of products is unmatched with any other store I've been to and they have some great quality glass pieces. Some of the best dabs I've ever purchased came from this store. The best part about Vape Plus is their employees. They have some amazing folks working there who will not only make you actually feel valued as a customer, but they have some amazing recommendations that are spot on every time. Dakota, Anna, and Josh especially have been outstanding. Josh manages the store with the highest of standards and I appreciate his attitude when working with customers. All in all, this is an awesome shop and in my personal opinion, the best in Jackson.
