very disappointed. The product i purchased was defective and useless, and when i contacted the shop for help, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Poor product quality and poor customer service. I will not be returning! dont waste your money!

Wanted to give 5 stars but the owners attitude was disgusting to say the least due to him blatantly telling me he didn’t have what I asked for when it was plainly in eyes view upon a second look. As I am from DC I’ve looked around and would’ve been elated had he not made his mistake my problem. The rest of the interaction was almost negligent as he felt a way, luckily the employees that he hired are a lot more friendly than he is. I understand you own and run a business but maybe when customer facing, practice some of those rusty people skills you call customer service👌🏾 hopefully my second (benefit of the doubt visit) will yield a better result and an updated review. #STAMP

I love the customer service here but the last few times I have bought a vape they have only worked for a 2 or 3 days then they stop. This is is different brands all the same.

Love this store they have the best disposable vape prices in the area and are constantly getting the newest vapes.
