I didn't catch the young lady's name that was behind the counter, but she was amazing! She showed patience in dealing with my friend's communication gap between his national dialect and our twang and slang. She also provided conversation while we considered different merchandise in the store. It was nice and comforting instead of awkward and forced like we've experienced elsewhere.
