This place is amazing! I’ve been ordering from Nashville because I couldn’t find what I wanted here and they have been nothing but accommodating and friendly with me. Super cheap prices and fast shipping. A thank you to everyone at The Candy Shop! Definitely will continue to order even when I go home.

Thank you guys for being so helpful. Your knowledge of the products you have have actually helped my wife's back pain after surgery. And if you don't believe this is a real review just email me

I absolutely love this place. Ashlynn gives excellent customer service and is so personable. More stores need more people like Ashlynn and should take notes on how to give excellent customer service. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. She makes it a point to get to know her customer's by first name and I love that about her. She also always knows what I get and is getting it ready when I pull up without me having to tell her. Ashlynn is very knowledgeable about all the products and is very helpful. I go to the Ocean Springs store only because of the great customer service I receive from Ashlynn. I always leave with a smile on my face because of her no matter what kind of day I'm having. Highly recommend this store and Ashlynn!!! She is the absolute best.

Always a pleasure visiting this small chain of stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they act like real priorwho are genuinely interested in how to help you. Not some micromanaged corporate employee who has been coached to say things in a way that keeps them out of a lawsuit or costs them money. This is the type of business that I will always choose over the big box stores (luckily the big box guys don't stock what the Candy Shop has). Kudos. Nicely done.

From the time I walked in the door everyone was so helpful. I kind of had an idea what I was looking for but they really took the time to explain everything to me. They helped me make the best selections that I know I can make for myself and I felt super comfortable asking all my questions to the staff. Hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had I will definitely be back !
