I’ve been coming to Olive Branch Smoke Shop for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. Parker, Jayla, Jaxx, Dizzy, Vance, and the rest of the team consistently provide outstanding customer service. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. No matter how many questions I have, they never make me feel rushed and always explain everything clearly and professionally. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers and know their products well. If you’re looking for a smoke shop that treats customers right and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy, I highly recommend Olive Branch Smoke Shop. They’ve definitely earned my business, and I’ll keep coming back!

Absolutely love this place! Everything is so neat and the vibe is so welcoming! Jaxx and Vance helped me find some great products! They were very patient and professional! 🙌🏾

Came in tonight for the first time, and both of the workers were so nice and helpful. Great selection of pieces, but I found some of the products a bit disrespectful to women tbh. If you're going to sell sexualized products of women's bodies for men, the least you could do is give the women something to look at too. Other than that though, everything was great.

Highly recommend for all your smoking needs. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair. Atmosphere is great. The selection of various products is huge. 10 out of 10 will be going back again. They are also pet friendly and loved that I brought my ferrets up there! If you dont already shop here for local smoking needs, youre seriosuly missing out.

i go to this store pretty frequently and always leave happy, will definitely recommend this store to my friends!
