Went there yesterday to get a phone fixed for my 6y/o it was $59 I walked out with $30 and on the phone he lied and said he had the screen but got there he didn’t it didn’t fit all the way in the phone not to mention he damaged the home button. I went back today stating what was wrong and that the screen wasn’t working he told me I’d have to buy a new screen but he kept saying he couldn’t do nothing for me and started talking crazy because there was a crowd in the store asking was I from there and etc so I told him I was waiting until he got everyone then he can put a white screen on the black phone which I didn’t want for half price he refused me service and refused to give me a receipt from yesterday because I was going to take it so that I could take him to small claim court…I took it to ubreakifix and they said his screens a very cheap and low grade and that the screen could have been for an 8+ I’m from Oxford born and raised was here before Sam’s they are very bad for business always have been but you don’t play with anybody’s money

Let me tell you about this man call Sam. First of all I am visiting not from Oxford at all, While shopping at the store I dropped my phone the screen went completely black, I only could use Sirius to make out going calls, no GPS. Thank God my daughter had my location to guide me through Oxford. I went to the phone repair shop across the street they did not have a screen, so I asked him where could I go. It’s 2025 I need my phone. He did not recommend Sam, but told me about him. I jumped in my car went to Sam. As soon as I walked into Sam establishment frantic and afraid that he may not have my phone screen. Sam immediately spoke words of encouragement and safety. That’s when I knew I was at the Right Place. Sam had my phone finished in 20 minutes or less. My frantic day turned into a Bless Day when I entered Sam’s Phone Repair. Thank you for being a blessing 🙏🏽

Honestly I’m mad at myself. I read the reviews and saw people saying there was problems with their phones after going here. I still went anyway because it was the cheapest option. I got my screen replaced and while the screen works, it’s definitely a downgrade from my previous screen. Not only is it slow, laggy, and not as bright, it also moves on its own sometimes. Sometimes it will even dim and brighten up by itself. When I asked him about it before I left he started playing with some settings but I don’t even think he knew what he was doing. He wouldn’t even show me where he was going so I could do it on my own. He just started saying jumbo and I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. He looked like he was just really eager to get me to pay instead of helping me solve the problem I’m trying to show him. The screen works overall but definitely a huge downgrade with some defects. You get what you pay for I guess. I most likely will end up going to Apple themselves at some point as this is a disappointment.

I love Sam!! He's affordable and fast. I was in and out on my lunch break. I go straight to him from bill pay to phone repair. Sam is amazing for real!
