Hello Wednesday warriors/ raters. It’s been a while. I’ve been meaning to pose this but it’s slipped my mind. This happened 2ish weeks ago. I had high hopes coming in here because I always go and enjoy their location in crossroads. Staff was friendly. But when I walked in there was a young baby screaming. I thought it was unprofessional for a tobacco shack out of all places where you have to be older than 21 to enter. I went to the lady and said that she should attend to her baby. She let me know that it wasn’t her baby but her managers and her manager is playing on her phone. I thought it was unprofessional especially since there’s day cares everywhere. If the workers want to play nanny good for them but they should also go to a daycare because there is tons hiring. Other than that good service. Just unprofessional.

Great customer service! The girls are so sweet all of the time. I really recommend this shop !

I was given the wrong item at the drive thru window. Didn’t realize it till I had made it home. Had to drive all the way back to poplarville. When I gave the girl the cigarettes she gave me and told her the correct item to get. She brings it to me and says there’s a difference in price. I asked her if it was worth losing a customer over, after error caused me a 20 mile round trip. She said it was so I’ll never make any other purchases from this place.
