Nice guy at the counter, although he had to call someone to ask for prices. But besides that the store was a complete wreck, stuff piled everywhere. None of the prices were well labeled and as said before, the staff didn’t really know either.

I like going there because the environment in good they sell everything you want also will try and get what you're looking for all and all a good place

This pipe shop is incredibly overpriced on their entire selection. They have a decent selection, but could easily shave $100 off their larger pieces and still make the profit they deserve. If you see a piece in this store that you want shop for it online first to save money. Also the store policies are poorly written: if you call to inquire about the price of a product in the store they won't tell you, even if you explain to the manager that you live some distance away. I would easily recommend any of the other head shops in the area before overpaying at Ruby's. Don't they understand that their customers can simply order the same products on Amazon at a fraction of the price?

Love this place. Everyone is super nice, knowledgeable about their products, and reasonable prices. And it's close to my house 👍
