Drove to City Vape & Tobacco from Red Bay AL because there's nothing in the town I'm staying in. Prior to driving 45 mins to Tupelo I called in and spoke to Kristin to confirm that they had what I needed. She checked her inventory and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I drove to the store and she was just as great in person as she was over the phone. Very nice and extremely well stocked, clean shop. Dare I say the best I've ever been in throughout all my travels across the United States. 10 out of 10 and Kristen is 5 out of 5 stars.

Sara and Christina helped me today. The both have the best smile and are very knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for a vape and Sara found what I needed. Christina was just awesome by smiling and interacting. I thanked both ladies for helping me.Thank you so much!!! I'll definitely shop again. Yall Rock!!!!

I bought a vape here last week, first it wasn’t charging I came back and they replace it. The second one had another issue the liquid spilled all over my clothes and when I came back and told the guy that was here he told me that he can to nothing to help me🤣 definitely not coming back. They have good customer service before but now they just don’t. If you want good vapes just go elsewhere.

Want for some Mit+Pseudo packs. They were well stocked and the employee was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. This is a larger store with an incredible selection of most of the things you want in a smoke shop. They also have a generous selection of snacks and drinks available which a lot of the smoke shops in Maryland don't have. Prices were on par with other smoke shops. There are two entrances but the main one is pretty evident. The parking here is the only real downside. There's enough parking however it's almost directly on Gloster so while there are lots of parking slots each slot is pretty short as immediately behind the parking spots there is a small curb and then Gloster. This is in now way the stores fault and it's a minor issue so 5 stars for this shop.

definitely the best vape/smoke shop in tupelo! all of the staff are so friendly & very helpful. I can’t recommend them enough. ❤️
