I am new to vaping and everyone at Mod is fantastic! I love working with them and they have gone above & beyond to make sure I'm happy. Had some issues and they are fast to respond and make sure my problem got fixed. Highly recommend Mod! The owners are great guys. They're friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every product they carry as well as the ones they don't. If they don't have exactly what you want then they will get it for you. The juice selection is second to none and something for everyone.

place never disappoints, love the environment , has a great range of products for both vapes and juices. Prices are fair for the quality of the products that are there to choose from which are vast. I've been a regular for years and will be for years to come. Customer service is great as well. Highly suggest this establishment.

Strictly a vape shop-- not a head shop, tobacco store, etc. The dudes running the place know their s+++ pretty well. I think their hiring process includes a prerequisite course or something cause every employee I've encountered here was like acutely trained and educated on all things vapable. Is that a word? It is now. I personally keep waiting for them to expand their inventory.... Vastly. By like 10,268%. The pickin's are perty slim in these here parts.

Helpful and courteous. Always knowledgeable when I have questions. They have a punch card perk for rewards.
