Reviews that say the staff were friendly were completely wrong! We’re not from here and drove all the way to this shop because of the reviews & literally missing “closing” by one minute. Door was still unlocked and the gentleman looked at my husband and said “we’re closed” my husband said “by one minute” and he responded “we’re closed” completely rude and the lady who came to lock the door was shaking her head mouthing crap like a “Karen” …. Do better people! Would not recommend this place for their customer service! Glad we spent our money 1minute down the street and had much better customer service.

I was sold a defective product. I opened the product in front of the store manager before evening leaving the store. The manager looked at the product, acknowledged that it was defective, called someone, a manager I assumed, and then told me they couldn’t exchange or return the item.

They had what I was looking for, that no other shops had in town. Great customer service too. It's just the prices were higher than most other places. I did find some pretty good vapes with super cheap prices in their clearance section.
