This location is hit or miss on service. One time they were knowledgeable and very helpful, the second time they sat at the back and didn't even acknowledge our existence until we got there attention.

Candice was absolutely the most helpful employee that I have ever had the pleasure of talking with. She had answers to all of my questions, and if she didn’t know the answer she found it. I have been trying to switch away from disposable vapes for a few months now, but could never find someone to help me find another option! Candice did, and gave me options and pros and cons! The store is super clean and well organized. I will be driving across town to come to this location from now on!

I came in just a bit ago. I was looking for a new fogger flavor but truck day is tomorrow. Chris was awesome helped me find a new flavor. Thank you 219 twins!!

Vapor Maven as a whole is usually my go-to place but it's been crazy lately. Last night I went to the vapor Maven on the west side of town and they were closed 2 hours early. This morning I go to the Business loop vapor maven and I guess the sign that says be back in 15 minutes actually means 45. I'm not going to stop shopping there because I really like most everything about the place. But lately some stuffs been kind of lame

They are always nice here and seem to be the only location that restocks the vape I use. I drive 2 hours 1 way to come here. The store is easily accessible and always clean. The staff here are absolutely professional and helpful. Other locations is like walking in to a marijuana den and not in a good way.
