purchased some Lit wraps and I opened them in the parking lot and they were super stale. I couldn’t even unwrap them to use them because they were cracking off in pieces. I went back in and asked if I could exchange them and they said we don’t do any refunds I said, but your product is trash. and she maintained that she couldn’t refund me or exchange. So to save you guys some money, don’t shop here because Chances are you can get some horrible products u can’t even use then boom 💥 you lost your money

The girl working in the store tonight had the friendliest personality and so helpful. I will definitely go back because she has impeccable customer service.

Absolutely do not waste your money here. They have a zero return policy even if your item is defective. Save yourself the headache and go to Vapor Mart across from Hickman or any of the other spots in town.

Daniel that works at the East Columbia store is awesome. He’s very friendly and helpful with whatever you’re looking for. Even if you’re not sure of what you’re looking for he’ll do his best to help you. I love the environment and the music he was playing. It was an awesome experience and I will be returning.

No one in this store ever knows what they're talking about. I always call before I come in to make sure they have what I'm looking for and they will tell me they do, I will say does the package say exactly this, they say yes yes I have what you're looking for. Then I get there and they have nothing even close. Their "discount" juice is also just expired juice. I've also accidentally bought things that were entirely fake here so watch out but personally at this point I'm done risking it
