I'm new to using your products and your personnel are always helpful in assisting me in my choices. Today, April was informative and so friendly. She answered my questions and helped me with my purchase, all with a smile!

Just went to the Farmington Mo store off of Potosi street and got a new Geek vape thanks to the sweetest and most awesome attendant April! Thank you so much April, you rock! 😁

I always have a great experience at this shop thanks to Casey! She’s incredibly nice, super helpful, and fast. I never feel like I’m waiting around, and she always makes sure I find exactly what I need with a smile on her face. Her customer service is honestly a big reason I keep coming back. Definitely deserves some recognition!

Ultimate Vapor is one of the best vape shops I’ve been to great selection, fair prices, and a clean, chill atmosphere. What really makes this place stand out though is the staff, especially Casey. Casey is awesome to deal with. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whether you’re trying to find the right juice, need help with a device, or just have questions, Casey always takes the time to make sure you leave with exactly what you need. No pressure, just solid service and good vibes. I keep coming back because of how easy and welcoming they make the experience. If you’re heading to Ultimate Vapor, definitely ask for Casey she’ll take care of you.
