Working with Jonathan was an unexpected pleasure. I came in for one thing and left with 4 items. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the grinders and everything that we discussed but I was looking for a grinder for a friend for Christmas. I highly recommend the Mr. Nice Guy grinders, they work fantastically for several years, at least mine has. The atmosphere and the layout of the store is fantastically lit. It's very nice. I highly recommend working with Jonathan. He's the man! Just an expression, I hope that I don't offend anyone. Happy Holidays to All!

Dinno and Priska make this place a second home. Perfection. Addition: Tii is too cool for words. The best customer service in The Lou? Yes. Plus I want the staff to come to my birthday parties.

Ever since I started going here I have had nothing but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Every single person has been personable, kind, friendly and gone above snd beyond!! This is the place to go! Have a better day!! lol so they say!

I've been in here and the attached cbd kratom store a few times now. Every time the service has been excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, the products are high quality and the prices are low - can't ask for more than that! 👍👍

I worked with Aaron when I came into this shop, and was very impressed with his level of patience and product knowledge. I'll definitely ask for him the next time I visit! Dino and Gary took care of me the next time I stopped by and were also very helpful. The store is gorgeous, well-organized and the staff has been amazing. Don't be intimidated if you're unfamiliar with these products, as I'm a newbie and have been thoroughly educated by the team, mainly Aaron. Very happy customer here, thanks guys!
