This place is extremely nice but prices are outrageous. The cigars are almost double what i pay at some other local shops, not online. They have an amazing selection of drinks but priced extremely high. I can go to a local bar and grill here in Arnold and get a free hand pour of Blantons whiskey for 14$. Santinos is i believe 22$ for a Blantons and they measure it precisely to one ounce with the measuring stick. Beautiful place but you will pay much much more for it.

This is by far my favorite bar in the area and my favorite cigar bar and humidor ive ever been too. I've been coming here consistently for the past few months and I can safely say ive never had a bad experience. Just last night I was able to try the food for the first time and it was some of the best food ive ever had. 11/10 can't rate it high enough. Best selection of drinks and cigars around.

This establishment offers an inviting, low lit atmosphere complemented by an impressive selection of fine liquors and cigars, all curated by an exceptionally gracious owner whose warmth makes every guest feel genuinely welcome. To complete the experience, I would recommend beginning with Louis XIII Cognac, served neat at room temperature in a tulip glass to fully appreciate its depth and complexity, followed by three additional pours to continue the evening. on a serious note, I WILL BE BACK FOR THAT SMOKED MAPLE OLD FASHIONED!

What an amazing place! Curtis, our mixologist, was awesome! The selection of both cigars and spirits will be hard to top. We were able to watch a college game, have a conversation at normal volumes, and my wife and I both had mixed drinks that were perfectly balanced and tasted great! You need to go here!

I've been to Santino's twice. Lovely cigar lounge and fantastically stocked humidor. Found cigars I haven't seen in all the St. Louis area. Great for dates or solo. This place was definitely designed with a different seating options to have an intimate smoke or sit at the bar and shoot the breeze with the great staff. Fantastic drink options. Easy location off I-55 South about 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
