The uncle of the female worker here that cashiers on some days is flat out rude and disrespectful. This man will tell you you’re not a good customer and even cuss you out if you question him or try to get him to explain why he is being rude. If he is there you are probably better off coming back when someone else is working especially if you have a problem or issue with something. This man is not helping this business and should not be allowed to continue working here family or not. I will refuse to bring my business here if this continues. He is even more rude to female customers. I had spoken with one of the female cashiers yesterday and she told him how to do something and he refused yet again. Please do something about this employee as we really like giving you our business and enjoy the pleasantness and respect that the other employees offer unlike this man in the photo.

Not sure why one reviewer said their cashier was very rude. The staff there has been nothing but friendly and helpful every time I've been there. I was so happy to find somewhere, finally, that I can buy loose tobacco and tubes! And the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, in a great way (but then again, I was paying western Washington prices, till fairly recently).

The employees there are the best they have even helped me out during hard times... I APPRECIATE THEM VERY MUCH!!!

I come in here like everyday sometimes twice a day. Know all the staff and the owner. Great people! Lowest prices in town by far on everything. Will order you whatever you want.

I really like this place, most of the employees that work there are very kind. All actually with one exception. The older, taller gentleman (unsure of his name) who made it very clear that he knows more because he has been there for 8 years and the others a shorter amount of time. This gentleman proceeded to yell and continuously interrupt me when I was trying to explain something that I had spoken to the manager and ladies up there about. He would not listen. He yelled at me and was very disrespectful to me. When I told him I felt he was doing so, he told me I was “seeing wrong” and eventually told me I wasn’t special. I did go off at him for saying this and I requested that I leave my number for the manager but he refused. As I walked out, he started talking to another customer that had walked in about me. I really hope the manager sees this and finds a way to contact me because I may never return after this. Edit #1: My husband talked with the ladies that work there and she told the gentleman (whom she called Uncle) about what was talked about and that he was to do the same. My husband went in the next day and the gentleman refused to do what he was told to do. I spoke to him and he,again, continuously interrupted me and yelled at me. Saying he didn’t get told anything (lie) and that he knows how to run a business. He also cussed at me and again refused to contact the manager. He gave me a card and when I tried to use the email it showed as invalid and the phone# went to a fax machine. I went back in and wrote my number on the card and hope to hear from somebody. This man needs some serious education in customer relations. You need to give respect in order to continue to get respect from me. Looking at past reviews, it seems as this is an ongoing issue that is not being resolved. ATTENTION OWNER/MANAGER…PLEASE CONTACT ME OR GIVE ME A WAY TO CONTACT YOU.
