I had a great experience at Vape Time in Independence, MO, and Alicia deserves a huge shoutout! She was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful during my visit. She made the stop quick and easy while still providing excellent customer service. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the people who come in. It’s always nice walking into a gas station and being treated with kindness and respect. Alicia definitely made a great impression, and I’ll gladly stop by again!

This convenient store has some of the best people working there! The customer service is top notch. They are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. Alicia and Jose both go above and beyond and I am so impressed by how efficient they are even when there are a lot of people. The selection isn't overwhelming but their customer service makes up for it. Go see Alicia and Jose at Zeds, you'll feel like family!

Alicia and Jose are so amazing! We go in here all the time and they have the best customer service around and that you will ever have! The store is super clean and prices are very reasonable and competitive to others around!

Love this store and the staff as well!! Alicia and Jose are the best! Always welcoming and in the ball with anything a customer needs. Store is always clean and has the best selection and prices, I drive 15 mins out of the way to stop in !
