Came in to get a disposable vape. The man at counter was friendly and very helpful. He got me a great Jekyll vape that is rechargeable and tastes great!! The man was also very friendly and nice to my toddler and even gave him a fist bump !! 👊 Very great place!! Beyond happy!!!

The young lady who works here is great. After a bad experience at a different shop, then another never having the flavor i like. I walked in there expecting to be disappointed again, but she was super friendly and easy to talk to. She made this my new store.

I dropped by earlier while visiting my friend in this city and the girl with green hair at the counter was so pleasant and helpful! I was looking to pick up some vape juice and had no idea where to start—she helped me find the right flavor and nicotine concentration. Fantastic service! I'll definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Aqueous has really improved customer service. They have a really good point system as well. Double points on Tuesdays really saves me money in the long run. Quintin A is my absolute favorite employee. He's always friendly, helpful and even takes the time to chit chat.

Aqueous is my go to for everything vape. However, because I was away from home I had to stop at the Jefferson City location. Prices were good on the clearance juices. When rang up the prices were way off from what was quoted. Register froze when trying to swipe my card. Paid in cash and did not receive my rewards points. The two gentleman working were very short with us and was not very helpful. Highly disappointed in the service. Way off from my local store.
