Love the customer service experience at this place. I am almost always greeted by someone different, as I don't come in too often, but the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Whether I am coming in looking for something specific or open to recommendations, I have always walked out satisfied. The prices are great, the location is convenient, and their hours are awesome for a parent that has to wait out their toddler going to bed before shopping.

Love THEM! Store with great guys who work there. They are major helpful and are honest about everything. I purchase my coils and my mods/tanks from here and I never regret it. I have yet to try their juices BUT I've heard awesome reviews on them and plan on trying some soon.

Bought a new mod kit and within a week it's falling apart, and they won't do anything to fix the faulty product because I don't have the receipt they never gave me. Used to love this place, now I'll be looking for a new place to shop from now on.

Was once one of my favorite shops, but has declined in proffesionalism by far. The owner really needs to get all new staff with numerous others that think so as well. We’ll keep our business with Twisted any day. :)

First time there and made sure I mentioned that. I was the only one in the store. Got one bottle for 10.80 after tax, gave him 11 dollars a 5 piece and 6 ones. The cashier was determined I was using a counterfeit $1 bill because it has a "track this dollar" stamp on it. He then put it under the counterfeit tracking light and informed me that "he wouldn't call the cops, but he has to keep it because iit's fake" he claimed my one dollar bill didn't have a blue strip under the light and wouldn't demonstrate with a $1 piece he had only a $20 piece that he had from his register. $1 bills do not have a blue strip. I was scammed for a dollar. Yeah, it's a dollar. But how many other times have they done this? It was a guy with a black chinstrap beard and he was rude as hell. I've told so many people about this and they laughed at me because I was stupid enough to believe him that the one dollar bill has no strip, so he had to keep it "but wouldn't call the cops" NEVER COME HERE!!
