I purchased a vape at this store and the proprietor told me it did not have the cool burst that the new vapes have. So I bought it, and it did have the cold burst, took it back in, never left the parking lot. And she refused to give me my money back then. When I get home and we try to use it again. It stops working, and she's still will not refund my money or replace the vape. I believe someone needs to teach them.What customer service is supposed to be like.

The people there are friendly and nice. When I go to joplin every now and then I would stop in and get a 50 mystery bag. I like the juice that come in the bag and hoping I would get a box mod or something good but today has been the worst in the bags. I first bought a bag and it had a small smok vape mod in it and when I opened it there was not mode in the box so I went in and the person in the store let me exchanged the bag for another one and I pick another bag and pulled a geekvape box mod and was happy to get it but when I got home to my house few hour away and put batteries in it and start to use it it keeps telling me my batteries are to low and there new batteries. Looking into the mod it looks like someone put a used one in the box and stuck it in the bag. Want ever by one again I will find another place to by my vape stuff. I added to photos one with the geek vape and another with the same batteries

There was a girl at the counter who was very helpful and friendly. However there was a tallish guy there with her that was an absolute jerk. Didn’t even look up from his phone when he was speaking with me and was hateful to boot. I know several people that don’t go to this branch because that guy is so rude. The girl was fantastic

We had the most enjoyable experience, our first time at this location! Frankie was very kind, patient, and was very very knowledgeable! A breath of fresh air!! Thank you, Frankie, you deserve a raise 🤓

The absolute friendliest staff. I love them so much. I was in the hospital so my spouse came in with out me and they sent their love. It meant a lot.
